  3. Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays.

  4. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-15 business days for standard shipping and 2-7 business days for expedited shipping, after dispatch. However, please allow for possible delays that may occur during transit or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  5. Tracking and Order Status: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

  1. Returns Eligibility: We accept returns for books under the following conditions:

    • The book is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  2. Return Procedure: If you need to return a book, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

    • Provide details about the issue and include any relevant photographs if applicable.

    • Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on how to return the book.

  3. Refund or Exchange: Depending on the nature of the return, we offer two options:

    • Refund: If the book is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method once we receive the returned book.

    • Exchange: If the wrong item was received, we will send you the correct book as a replacement once we receive the returned item.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged book or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.

  5. Return Condition: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned book must be in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accompanying materials.

 

Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons other than the ones mentioned above, such as a change of mind.
